I understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. However, not showing up for a scheduled appointment impacts my team and other clients. Therefore, if there is no prior notice given and you do not show up for your appointment, I will charge the full amount of the scheduled services to your account. I recommend that you contact me in advance if your plans change so I can reschedule accordingly and avoid unnecessary charges. When booking an appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure your slot for some services. The deposit will be deducted from the total service cost upon completion of your appointment. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing me to efficiently manage my schedule and accommodate every client. ☺️ All services, packages of services, and gift cards are non-refundable. Expiration date for packages and gift cards is 3 months after initial purchase. Consistency is key to great results! ‍ If you are at some point unable to complete a purchased package of services for medical, relocation, or other unforeseen reasons, the value of the package can be used towards our other products and services or you may choose to gift them to someone else.
