CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that life happens and plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 75% of the scheduled service total. • Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without any notice will also be charged 75% of the scheduled service total. These fees help compensate for the reserved appointment time, as last-minute cancellations and no-shows make it difficult to fill the appointment and impact my small business. A non-refundable booking deposit of $25 is required for select services. If you complete your appointment, your deposit will be applied toward your service total. If you cancel, reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or fail to show up, your deposit will be forfeited and may be applied toward any cancellation fee owed. All cancellation and no-show fees must be paid before booking any future appointments. All services, service packages, and gift cards are non-refundable. Packages and gift cards expire 3 months from the original purchase date. If you are unable to complete a purchased package due to medical reasons, relocation, or other unforeseen circumstances, the remaining value may be transferred toward other products or services or gifted to another person.
